the room was a decent size and the bed was reasonably comfortable.

i was surprised that the air conditioning barely worked, and the outside temperature was quite high. i had to keep the windows open all night, and mosquitoes had a field day. also, i asked reception for help with a dhl delivery i expected, but they refused to call the courier for me. customer service is not their job apparently

The room I stayed in was big and really clean. The beds felt amazing. I found the basement parking helpful. It gave me one less thing to worry about. It was great to have that convenience .

There was one little hiccup. My room lacked slippers, which I generally anticipate having in a hotel of this level.
