ARCOTEL RUBIN HAMBURG, Hamburg – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were warm and comfortable, nicely furnished, and ready for an early check-in. However, the bathroom configuration was a bit strange. The service was very swift on check-in, somewhat helpful, and the staff were all friendly and professional, although they seemed to lack in understanding true hospitality. The location was really nice, central and convenient, close to Hauptbahnhof, with nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. The dining experience was really good with many options, although more organic choices would have been even better.

The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable with outstanding service. The location was very good with great dining options available. However, it was unfortunately in an area with a concentration of criminals.

I couldn't have been happier with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were excellent, very clean, and spacious enough for two people. I loved the 'occupied' signal system outside the room, which added a nice touch of privacy and security. The working air conditioning was a blessing, especially during hot days. However, the service, although nice and clean, had a minor hiccup with the housekeeping team leaving dirty cutlery in the room for a couple of days and rearranging items without putting them back in their place. The staff should work on being more patient with non-local tourists who don't speak their language proficiently.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The service, though not friendly initially, turned out to be cooperative and nice, making my experience pleasant. The location was amazing, right in the middle of St Georg with easy access to the main station. The dining experience, while good with a wide variety of choices, felt a bit expensive for some options. Overall, a great value for money.
